AUDACIOUS

La Vista was a perfectly odd amalgam of clattering drum machines and rich harmonic textures. With Jim’s choir-boy vocal underpinned by Larry's expansive bass, it was an audacious piece of work indeed.

My contribution to their year-long endeavour was to remix some of the tracks with additional overdubs, me on keys, Robbie on guitar. I also did backing vocals with Mary who sang some of the leads.

One of our studio family’s many hot-house projects was this, another one full of potential, another one that unfortunately never went anywhere.
